Construction on the third and final phase of Pacific Station, North Nanaimo’s premier strata office development kicked off in mid-August and the Westmark team is making great progress so far, with the suspended slab floor structure for Building B (the largest in the development offering more than 16,000 of A class office space w\/ underground parking and convenient elevator access) being poured today, October 31. The foundation has been poured and work is progressing smoothly on Building A, which features 2 units totaling\u00a0approx. 4,592 sqft\u00a0of office space.
